1) Carbon Forum Business Center & Internet Lounge
You can sponsor an area in the trade fair hall where participants can retreat for undisturbed discussions. The area contains conference tables, workstations with electrical connections and four PC stations with free Internet access. Your company’s logo will be prominently displayed on monitors noticeable by all. This area is very popular among visitors — and you can be the exclusive sponsor of the services it provides.

2) Coffee Breaks
All morning and afternoon breaks during the entire event — between the various presentations — all Carbon Forum America participants will be able to drink coffee or tea at special break areas. You can provide the beverages and thus make yourself known to grateful visitors.
~ Price: $4,000 (per break), includes placement of company name in the conference program and logo presentation on a plaque in the coffee break area. Multiple breaks can be accommodated. Incentive offered for multiple purchases. Maximum of four sponsors (one per break).
3) Carbon Forum America Participate Lunch
On all days of the event, all participants will have the opportunity to eat lunch at a plentiful buffet located adjacent to the Trade Fair area. Take advantage of this opportunity to make participants aware of your company during lunch.
~ Price $6,500, includes placement of company name in the conference program and logo presentation on a plaque in the restaurant area. Multiple breaks can be accommodated. Incentive offered for multiple purchases. Maximum of two sponsors (one per day).

4) “Meet the Carbon Market” Happy Hour
Visitors have been delighted not only with the fair and conference program, but also with the evening get-together. This is where the sector meets for enlightening discussions and business deals in a relaxed atmosphere. Join us in inviting visitors to meet the international emissions trading community. An evening of entertainment which includes: finger food, drinks, and music starting at 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
~ Price: $4,500, includes placement of company logo on invitations to the event, and at the event entrance area. This offer also includes mention of your company’s name in a special e-newsletter for the event, as well as ten admission tickets. Maximum of four sponsors.
5) Official Carbon Forum America Conference Pen
This is the classic sponsorship opportunity. The free ballpoint pens are handed out at the Carbon Forum entrance, and are also distributed in the conference halls. The Carbon Forum America pen is a promotional item that’s always needed.
~ Price: $3,500, includes monotone imprint of your Web address (45 mm x 8 mm) on the pen clip. Maximum of one sponsor.

Another classic but extremely useful and visible opportunity! - Placed in each Delegate bag, and distributed in the Conference area and in the Trade Fair area.

7) Central Digital Information Screen
Centrally located at the crossroad between the Exhibition hall and the Conference rooms. Key information and announcements are uploaded on a daily basis and displayed throughout the whole event, visible to every single participant.
