INDIVIDUAL SPACE PRESENTATION PACKAGE
|
The individual space presentation package includes all of the benefits of a sliver package. A minimum of 200 sq. ft. is required for a booth size, and additionally you are required to construct a booth, contingent on show management’s approval. This presentation option costs $24.99 per sq. ft.
You can choose from the above listed 4 different Presentation Packages: Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, and the individual space option.
The packages consist of fully equipped booth package, PR Services, event marketing and a certain amount of free tickets for your partners and customers. Please note that the number of Platinum and Gold Packages are limited. IETA and Koelnmesse, Inc. reserve the right to select the Platinum and Gold Package holders amongst respective applicants. Booth facilities listed above are subject to change at the discretion of the Organizers without prior notice. If exhibitors do not want any item in the booth package, they must accept that the cost of the package will not change and there will be no compensation by other equipment.
Additional furniture and electrical items can be rented from the Official Stand Contractor. Please place your order by completing the respective forms in the Exhibitor Service Manual and returning these by the stipulated deadline.
